Skills Funding Agency
We are registered by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) as a Learning Provider for our General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Medicine. This enables adult learners to finance further training via a deferred repayment commercial bank loan. This loan can be taken out for any amount between £300 and £10,000 for programmes up to 3 years in length. The SFA pay the interest on the loan during the course and for one month afterwards, and repayments then start as for any other commercial loan.
For information on how to apply, eligibility, repayments and how to contact the National Careers Service for further advice click here: https://www.gov.uk/career-development-loans
As the Professional and Career Development Loan is a commercial loan product, you should make sure you have investigated all the funding options that may be open to you to ensure you take an informed decision about whether the loan is right for you.
