Welcome to the ISVPS GPCert Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and studying.
1. 报名资格 Qualification
报名专科证书课程必须具备 3 年及以上临床医生工作经验，并具备一定程度的专业知识和技能。
Have at least 3 years working experience as a clinician, and have a certain degree of professional knowledge and skills.
2. 付款/报名方法 Payment/Registration
2.1 报名以全款支付课程费用为准（分期除外），定金 5000 元为预订课程名额；
Registration is subject to full payment of course fees (except in installments), and a deposit of 5,000 is reserved for course booking;
2.2 名额已满时，付全款优先于付定金获得报名席位；
When the quota is full, full payment is preferred over deposit to obtain the secure position in the course
2.3 开课前 30 天付定金学员需要支付剩余全款，根据支付尾款的时间确定为早鸟价或者原价。
The full payment is required 30 days before the start of the course
2.4 分期付款不参加任何活动，共分四期付款。首期款项交付为预订名额，分期方式依据课程进度按照宠医客通知执行；如未按规定时间付清课程款项，视为放弃考试和认证。
Payment by installment will be made in four installments without participation in any activity. The payment of the first installment shall be for the reserved quota, and shall be implemented in installments according to the course schedule according to the notice of the Chongyike; Failure to pay for the course within the prescribed time will be deemed as waiver of examination and certification.
2.5 线上和线下结合授课方式。线上课程，每个模块的包含6小时左右的视频和2小时左右的直播。每个模块的视频将有1个月的学习时间，直播部分将在特定日期进行，为确保更好的互动效果，直播无回放。外科专科国际证书课程为线下课程，理论部分为线上直播，在教室集中式学习，在疫情不允许的情况下可转为学员远程直播。实操部分为线下课程，由国际专家远程直播指导，中国本地专家现场指导。
Combination of online and offline learning methods. For online courses, Each module’s include 6 hours of video and 2 hours of livestream. Each module’s video can be studied for one month, and the live broadcast will be conducted on a specific date. To ensure a better interactive effect, the live broadcast will not be replayed. GPCertSAS is an offline course, and the theoretical part is carried out in the way of online live broadcast and centralized learning. When the epidemic situation does not allow, it can be converted to remote live broadcasting. For practical modules, will be delivered offline, the international speaker will teach through ZOOM, and the local speaker will teach face to face.
3. 取消申请和退款 Cancellations and refunds
3.1 已全款支付课程费用，且距离开课 30 天前撤销报名（取消名额），可以退费 50；
If you have paid the course fee in full and your registration is cancelled of the 30 days before the course starts, you can get a refund of 50%.
3.2 已全款支付课程费用，且距离开课日 30 天内撤销报名（取消课程报名），恕不退款；
The course fee has been fully paid and the course registration will be cancelled within 30 days from the Start date. No refunds will be granted.
3.3 分期付款学员的取消和退款政策同 3.1，3.2；
Cancellation and refund policies for instalment students are the same as 3.1 and 3.2
3.4 预付定金并在约定时未付清全款，退费 50，名额不予保留。
Prepay the deposit and fail to pay the full amount at the time of agreement, refund 50%, the quota is not reserved.
3.5 除3.1和3.4，其余任何情况不予退款。
No refunds except 3.1 and 3.4.
4. 费用说明 Expense explanation
4.1 学费包括：所有的课程（每期视频课程和直播课程、病例讨论答疑），病例报告的审核，考试费，认证费。
Tuition fees include: all courses (Include videos and livestream parts, case study ), case report review, examination fee, certification fee.
4.2 学费包含第一次考试的费用。学员四年内有机会参加两次补考，两次补考机会需单独支付考试费用，费用以ISVPS 当年价格为准。
The tuition fee includes the cost of the first exam. Students have the opportunity to take two retests within four years. The two retest opportunities are subject to separate examination fees, which are based on ISVPS prices for the year.
4.3 单期学员费包括：当期面对面课程，相关病例作业分析，相关视频课（如果有）。
Single session fee includes: current face-to-face course, related case analysis, related video course。
4.4 不可抗力。如果因为任何不可抗力的因素，包括政府当局行为，疫情，自然灾害，旅游管制等，导致一方继续履行约定的，如果有后续新模块开始，可以有一次机会继续完成未学完学业和参加证书考试。
During the course , if due to irresistible factors, causing one party can not continue to perform the agreement. Then the delegates can continue to learn in the follow-up phase coure, and take the certificate examination.
5. 注意事项 Note
付费报名即代表您同意接受下列条款，宠医客同时保留不时修订下列条款及细则的权利。
By transferring the tuition fees it is confirmed that the applicant understands and agrees to the Following terms and conditions. Chongyike reserves the right to amend the following terms and conditions。
您将获得证书课程学习资料（课件、老师笔记等）；将被授予有限的许可，可浏览和学习 Improve International网站内与所报名课程相关的内容。作为有关许可的条件，您同意：
You will receive the certificate course materials (PPT 、NOTES, etc.); Limited permission will be granted to view and study content related to the courses enrolled on the website of Improve International. As a condition of the license, you agree:
5.1 课程资料、网上学习和网站显示的所有内容，包括但不限于文字、照片、录像、录音、图像和任何其他内容均受版权和专利权的保护。
All course materials, online learning and content displayed on the website, including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio recordings, images and any other content, are protected by copyright and patent rights.
5.2 不得拷贝、复制、复印、分发、发布、出版、刊登、展示、执行、修改、上传、传送证书课程资料和网上资源的任何内容，或在此基础上创造证书课程资料和网上课程的衍生作品，或以任何其他方式使用证书课程资料和网上课程的任何内容，也不得出售或邀约出售任何内容，抑或允许第三方浏览有关内容或使用有关内容建立任何数据库。您只可为非商业性的私人用途使用证书课程资料和网上课程的内容。
Do not copy, reproduce, printing, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload, transmit any content of the certificate course materials and online resources, or create certificate course materials and derivative works based on this, Or use the certificate course materials and any content of the online course in any other way, nor may you sell or invite to sell any content, or allow third parties to browse the relevant content or use the content to build any database. You may only use the certificate course materials and the contents of the online course for non-commercial private use.
- 如您违反任何上述条款，您将会被取消证书课程名额，并可能须支付罚款及接受其他惩处。
If you violate any of the above terms, you will be disqualified from the certificate course and may be subject to penalty and other penalties
